Delivery
- We offer paid shipping throughout Nepal. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
- Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched.
- Normally orders placed before 1 PM on a business day, we aim to ship the same day,providing security checks are complete, the payment received and stock availability is confirmed.
- Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped on the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or during Holidays are dispatched the following day or the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
- Outside Valley order deliveries may require a longer time than promised.
- Orders requiring additional services or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 4-10 working days.
- For shipments delivered, any additional unforeseen costs incurred are the burden of the customer. These charges are beyond our control paid by the buyer and can’t be reimbursed.
- Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
- Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order is not dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
